1. Gift Card Already Redeemed
When we receive the "Redeemed" error message, it means your gift card was used by someone else before being uploaded to our platform. Please contact the source of your gift card or the store where you purchased it for further assistance.
Please note that this means the card was not used on our platform, and we have no record of any gift cards that we have not used.
2. Gift Card Used by a Third Party
We use this rejection reason when we discover that a gift card has been used by someone else. Therefore, we advise users not to disclose their gift cards to third parties.
3. Processed for Another User
If two different users upload the same gift card, and the gift card has been successfully processed, the user who uploaded the gift card first will receive points.
Due to our privacy policy, we will not disclose the user information of those who receive gift card top-ups, nor can we allocate the top-up amount of the same gift card to two users.
4. Processed for You
When you receive the rejection reason "Processed for You," it means you previously uploaded a gift card, and it has been processed (rejected or approved).
Please be sure to review your transaction history to confirm past transactions.
5. Invalid Card/Code
An invalid rejection reason may mean the following:
The code is incomplete or incorrect.
It is either not properly activated or not activated at all.
It is still within its activation period.
There is no balance on the card.
We recommend contacting your issuing bank, Steam Support, or the store where you purchased the card for further assistance.
6. Steam Error
When you receive an error notification that your Steam gift card has been rejected,
this may mean:
The code is incomplete or incorrect.
It is either not properly activated or not activated at all.
It is still within its activation period.
We recommend contacting your source of information, Steam Support, or the store where you purchased the card for further assistance.
7. Please attach a clear card and receipt indicating the payment method (cash, debit card, credit card, or activation fee).
Be sure to upload a receipt for the gift card, especially for Amazon gift cards or gift cards with non-integer amounts.
Amazon gift card rates vary depending on the receipt type (cash, credit card, debit card, activation card). Uploading an incorrect receipt, or to the wrong subcategory, may result in application rejection.
For example: - A $100 Amazon US gift card under the "Cash Receipt" subcategory must include a cash receipt; otherwise, it will be rejected or reallocated.
- For Amazon UK gift cards, please attach both the receipt and the activation slip; please note that the activation slip is not a receipt.
A receipt may also be required to verify disputed credit card amounts.
8. Attach a clear image of the card (front and back).
If your card is rejected with the message "Please attach clear photos of the card (front and back)," it means you need to provide photos of both sides of the card.
Brands such as Amex, Visa, Walmart Visa, and Vanilla require clear images showing the code, expiry date, and CVV.
You will need to re-upload both parties' data to the trading platform for processing.
9. Duplicate Trade A rejected duplicate trade indicates your initial trade is still being processed.
Please wait for the previous trade to complete before making another trade; do not upload the same card again.
10. Incorrect Attachment
This means the uploaded image for processing is incorrect.
It could be a single photo, a receipt without a gift card, or other image without a redemption code.
11. No Offer
When we reject a gift card and display "No Offer," it may mean:
We are currently unable to process your gift card because the promotion has ended.
We currently do not accept gift cards from this brand.
12. Bad Card
This applies to the following gift cards:
We cannot check the balance (store cards, such as VISA, Vanilla, Sephora, etc.).
We can check the balance, but the balance cannot be deducted at the time of purchase (e.g., VISA cards, Vanilla cards, Nordstrom cards, etc.).
The processing prompts "Invalid Card."
We were unable to successfully process or redeem it.
Please return such cards to the store or contact the card issuer for further assistance.
13. Repeated Bad Cards
This means the card has been uploaded multiple times before and has been judged invalid or used, and therefore rejected.
Repeated attempts may result in account suspension. Please only upload valid cards.
14. Empty Transaction or Image Upload
This means we did not receive a visible image. Files that are too large may fail to upload correctly. Please take a screenshot or crop the image to reduce its size, or complete the transaction through our website.
15. Rate Drop
This rejection reason will be used when the rate at which you initially uploaded your gift card or code drops.
If you are satisfied with the current exchange rate on the platform, please re-upload your gift card/code for processing.
16. Blurry Card
This means the code is unclear or not fully legible (e.g., a card with a very faint scratch).
Please re-upload a clear image; you can include the complete code in the "Optional Comments" box.
17. Locked/Deactivated Card
Most store cards (such as American Express cards) may be locked if the card balance is checked using a different IP address, or if the card is deactivated.
We recommend contacting the store where you purchased the card, the card's customer support team, or your source of information for further assistance.
18. Please remove the card from the packaging, scratch it off, and then re-upload a clear image of the card.
When we reject a gift card for the above reasons, it means that the uploaded gift card bundle matches the one you actually received.
Please remove the gift card from the packaging, scratch off the silver panel area to reveal the code (and password, if the gift card has both a code and password), and then upload it for processing.
19. Live Stream Card
Please note that we do not accept gift cards obtained through social media live streams. If you obtained the gift card or code through a live stream, it may not be usable.
20. Google Error
This error indicates that Google requires additional verification to redeem the card. This is not a used card, but Migo cannot resolve this issue.
Please contact Google Play Support or the store where you purchased the gift card and provide proof of purchase.
Note: Migo only provides a transaction platform and cannot resolve issues related to Google.
